How you practise mode

Loop 0 passes

Pick a hard bar, loop it slow, and let the tempo climb. Four clean passes before you move on is a good rule.

Breath plan the melodica problem

The last note of a marked bar is clipped short so you have room to snatch air. Turn on Edit breaths above, then click bars to move the marks. Practising slowly costs more air per bar, so the meter fills faster — that is real, not a bug.
